Process

Throughout the planning process and construction of your home, the entire team is dedicated to setting and exceeding your expectations. The Fraser team realizes that each of our customers and their homes are unique and different, so the construction process, timelines, etc. will vary between customers. The brothers are willing to make themselves available at any time throughout the process to ensure that your expectations are met.
During construction, you may find that you want to make changes to your home as it was originally planned. Fraser Fine Homes utilizes the Change Order system, which allows you to not only make changes to your home, but know the cost associated with the change prior to making your final decision.
Upon request, the Fraser team will also take pictures of each construction stage for you. These pictures are emailed directly to you for your records and review.

  • Are water and sewer lines readily available, and are they public or private?
  • Are electricity and gas lines readily available?
  • Is your property located in a flood zone, and does it have any easements?
  • Does your lot require any fill dirt or clearing?
