Fraser Fine Homes, a Fraser Capital Company, was founded by three brothers - Trey, Jeffrey, and Stephen Smith - in August of 2005. The Smith brothers have worked together since their early childhood and have always had a desire to start a family-owned home building business. Their grandfather, John A. Fraser, owned and operated a utility construction company in Ft. Smith, Arkansas and their father has been in Residential Land Development in the Metroplex for the past 30 years. The Smith brothers have made their dream a reality and look forward to carrying on this legacy of excellence.

Since the conception of Fraser Fine Homes, the company has completed over 20 projects in various areas including New Hope, Van Alstyne, Texoma, McKinney, Frisco, Carrollton, Plano, Southlake, Richardson, and Dallas, Texas. The experienced Management-Advisory team coupled with the dedicated sub-contractor base has been a great contribution to the success of the brothers.
