Building Process

Fraser Fine Homes provides a building experience that allows you, the customer, to have complete insight into their building process. The Smith brothers believe in a fully transparent process, from the construction schedule to the construction budget. Home owners are provided with a complete construction budget that details every cost involved with the construction of your home. Each home buyer is also provided with a construction notebook consisting of a very detailed plan to ensure that expectations are communicated effectively.

During this process, several meetings are setup at construction stages that allow the customer to walk through their home with the Project Manager. The brothers also believe in an "open door policy" that allows the customer easy access to their staff.

The subcontractors that are involved in every aspect of building your home have a personal relationship with the three brothers. Having been in the home building and construction industry in the DFW market for over a decade, the Smiths have hand-picked the subcontractors and work with only the best.

At the end of the construction process, each customer is provided with a Home Profile binder outlining every detail of their home, from the selection sheets to the contact information for many of the subcontractors in your home.
